Non-professional service. Horrible Experience! We have changed our insurance broker from AJG to Acurancy two years ago because Mr. Choi just open his business need more support. Unfortunately Acurancy missed one very important policy item dring renew the exiting policy. This causes we have financial suffer after customer car was stolen from our shop. After that Acurancy refuse use their PI insurance to cover their mistake. We have to spend more money on legal progress to pursue our rights. Please avoid Acurancy as they are not professional insurance advisor and also no responsibility for their clients.
